I am trying to start up my media file in my phone to download information via a USB from my PC to Phone.
When I try to create a Media Folder this error message appears:
''Error RM04: memory card access error. Please try again.''
Does this mean my memory card is defective?
I had the same problem. The store where I got my phone checked another phone off the shelf and it had the same problem, and so did another one. But they gave me a 512 mb card and it works.
But I still want my 64 mb card working.

I have posted information in 'hints and tips' regarding media files (pictures mp3s etc). The first thing to remember when sending files to your phone is that they have to be done one at a time as the phone memory is limited. The phone has a memory card inside it which is extra/external to the phone memory. What is confusing is that you cannot send files directly to this memory card so each file you send to the phone has to be moved to the 'external memory' before you send another to the phone.
