Clock fades I have the Frigidaire Gallery CFEB769CEB4 wall oven. It's about 10 years old. Recently the display has started to fade in and out. It never goes completely out, but fades quite faintly. Can you please tell me what's wrong and how I can fix it? Thanks.

Exactly the same has happened to me! Any solutions would be greatly appreciated.

the e o c ( the clock) is at fault . and the diag is correct . most parts today only cary 3o days .. hope the hepled . mm

F1 Electronic oven control failure Replace electronic oven control (also called EOC or clock).

More then likely your electronic clock control board is going bad. After turning the power off, you can also try cleaning the connectors on the clock board and make sure the connectors are tight. 
 

Supposedly the electrolytic capacitors on the display board need to be replaced. See: http://applianceguru.com/forum1/18842.html

its the display that is going out on the ovenlike everything else things just fad away. Actually I have had LED meter displays do the same thing.
