Question about Sony Handycam DCR-TRV10 Mini DV Digital Camcorder
The camera defaults into standby mode when you slide it into 'camera' mode. To record, we have always simple pressed the start/stop button and it would come out of standby mode and start recording (and we would press again to put back into standby mode.) Now, we must press and hold the start stop button to record - if our thumb slip off the button, the camera enters standby mode. We've tried everything we can think of including taking the battery out, etc. and still it doesn't work. Camera performs fine, otherwise. Help!
May be the rec mode button is set at the anti grounding..usually at sony camera there are 3 switch mode the 5 sec mode, anti grounding and other and always use is the start and stop mode...this switch is located at the side of the camera...
