The above warning title has the following text below:
"The procedure entry point SynSetWithAddr64 could not be located in the dynamic link library DBGHELP.dll"
Please can you advise how to resolve this problem?
Re: Warning on boot: savedump.exe Entry Point Not Found"
Can you go into safe mode by pressing F8 after starting?
If so go into device manager and remove any recently installed hardware.
Also try to roll back to a previous point in time when the pc worked by going to start/programs/accessories/system/system restore.

mimboot.exe is the startup application for Musicmatch Jukebox. It does not need to start with Windows. It looks like you may have deleted or unsuccessfully uninstalled Musicmatch Jukebox. Reinstalling the application should resolve the issue. If you don't want the program after the re-install simply uninstall it again in add/remove programs.
Please note: this can also be a trojan horse. If you haven't already I would suggest running a good anti-virus and anti-spyware program.
I found the solution to "The procedure entry point _resetstkoflw could not be located in the dynamic link libray msvcrt.dll." To do this:
1. Right-click on the START button. 2. Select EXPLORE. 3. Click on the + next to C:\Program Files. 4. Double-click on SIERRA. 5. Double-click on the SHA folder. 6. Find the msvcrt.dll file. 7. Delete it.
