Cooling fan not running.check for faulty cooling fan relay or fuse.cooling fan fan should be running when you turn on AC.hotwire cooling fan make sure cooling fan motor okay.

The flasher is bolted to the firewall behind the right side of the instrument panel and you can't get to it from underneath the instrument panel. You will have to remove the center console fascia to get to the instrument cover screws and remove the instrument cover. Then you can get to the instrument holding screws and move the instrument panel out of the way. Either a service manual or AutoZone.com will have this information and pictures. Replace the flasher with a genuine Toyota flasher relay. The aftermarket relays might look like they fit but I have found out they don't work properly. The flasher is bolted to the firewall with a 13mm bolt. Take out the bolt and replace the flasher.
