I was listening to music when the phone suddenly turned off. It is 3 months old and in new condition never dropped or anything. I tried pulling out the battery and plugging it back in, nothing happened. I tried plugging the charger in, and still nothing. I think I found the master reset (the thing under the round plastic circle thing) but didnt know how to push it. Please help, I havent had a phone in almost a week now. I tried contacting LG but they said I have to contact LG Germany, and its all in Deutch. I need a solution ASAP. Thank you

my sony ericsson is loosing all the programs and suddenly the standby monitor become all white? does it need to upgrade? or reprogram or is there any parts tobe changed? dave of davao
your best bet is the lg website, register for free, should have all the info you need, cant remember if you need software but i have a 2gb sd card in my shine and that works fine, its basically just dragging music or pictures to folder in external memory.make sure card is in slot properly as sometimes if my phones knocked it comes loose and comp wont read it,also try formating it,but you will lose anything on it.could be usb as well, mine didnt come with one,the first one i bought just kept reading as headphones, once replaced it worked fine.you could try getting a bluetooth usb as that works as well, and i only paid 99p on e bay for one,bit slower but not to slow. hope this helps
The software it comes with doesn't do anything for music. When you hook it up to the USB it should go into mass storage mode. Then you just drag and drop music files over. The only problem I'm having is figuring out which folder to put music in since there are 2 menus for sounds/music on the phone. And when you plug the phone in, it brings up 2 drives. One for the internal phone memory and one for the external memory card.
