Re: tranferring stuff from a sandisk memory to a m2...
You could always use the internet as your friend or trot yourself down to some box store or even the general discount store with the round red logo :-)
A search engine search for m2 memory card reader finds something like this:
I think I paid about $10 for my Micro SD and adapter at the red round logo store. You look in the clearance items on the end cap in the back of electronics first, then check out the cameras area.
I think it was a 512.I think I paid about $10 for my Micro SD and adapter at the red round logo store. You look in the clearance items on the end cap in the back of electronics first, then check out the cameras area.
I think it was a 512.

Your card has most likely become damaged or corrupted and you will need a data recovery application to try and pull the pictures off of it. I recommend the programs from http://www.runtime.org/data-recovery-products.htm I have been using them for years with great results.
What you will want to do it get a product like GetDataBack for FAT V4.00 assuming your sandisk card has a fat file system (Which it should). Once you have your recovery app installed you will then load your card into the card reader and plug it into your computer. Open up your recovery app and it should allow you select the card reader or the card itself. The recovery app will then do a low level scan of your card and attempt to pull any data it can from it. This process is honestly hit or miss, but it is really the only chance you have at home for recovering data.
If this fails and you really want your data back there are recovery companies like On Track that you can pay to retrieve your data. They have VERY good odds of getting your data back, but their prices are a bit high.
You need to isolate the problem. Try connecting the Sandisk M2 into another phone or computer (using an adapter). If this memory card is detected by other phone or computer, then you may want to insert another memory card into the problem phone to test it.
If the problem phone works using another memory card, but the problem memory card also works using another phone, then you may want to format first your Sandisk M2 before using it.
I think you have an M2 memory card for Sony K850i. I am providing the youtube link where you can see how to insert the memory card into your mobile. Sorry that the language in the video is not English. You can see the insertion of memory card at exactly 1min18sec (timescale in the video) in the video I provided. Hope this helps.
