Magic Chef CTB1722 (ABA or ARA, can't tell from the label) - no ice maker - no water dispenser - freezer is on top - freezer is frost free - freezer and refrigerator working fine - the back of the unit is a solid panel - small removable panel at the bottom of the back of the unit I keep finding puddles of water at the bottom of the refrigerator, under the (empty) produce drawers. What is causing this? What can I do about it? ( please provide instructions and pictures if possible ) Thanks much in advance for any help Steve
SOURCE: water squirting from ice maker
Does it do it all the time or only when the ice maker call for water... you may have a bad water valve 67006531 VALVE, DUAL WATER or a ice dam in you icemaker let me know
SOURCE: Magic Chef refrigerator stop cooling
check the fan relay and the compressor to make sure it is still working...if not there is a capasiter you can replace to get it to work again
SOURCE: Side by side Magic Chef refrigerator. Freezer
The fridge gets its cold air from the freezer through a vent
between the freezer and fridge. The fan in the freezer blows air through
it. There is a flap you adjust with the
fridge temp. control. Make sure it's opening and closing when you adjust the
fridge temp ..
Could also be begining of a defrost problem.

have you cleaned out the coils underneath the fridge? it's very simple. pull the fridge out, look underneath(try pulling off the bottom grill from the front for more access), and start cleaning. to much dust and lint will hinder the coils from cooling. A vacuum with the brush attachment or little broom works good.
