Hi again I'm a bit confused a PsS906 arlec charger is a 12 volt charger ??? Can u supply more information .cheers Hi when u turn charger on red ( led ) should come on / when connected to battery / red & yellow ,( led ) should b on /it's in charging mode /when green ,,( led ) turns on battery is charged.cheers
Do the batteries charge? Are they charged? The green indicator normally is the status signal that the battery is charged and the red indicates that the battery needs charging or is charging. If you plug in a charged battery, some chargers will flash red momentarily then go out. This is an indication that the charger checked the battery (red light) and if the charge is good, the red light will go out. I hope this helps you.
Your radio needs to be turned off when on the charger, and be certain you are using a rechargeable Motorola battery. The charger will not charge AAA batteries or rechargeable style AAA batteries. If the light does not illuminate on your charger, try the radio in a different charger and see if it does. This will tell you if it is the radio or the charger. One further note, you should clean your charge contacts with a pencil eraser to insure they are making good connection.
Could be.Those batteries leak charge even when not in use.I would let it go for 24-48 hours just to be sure.Unless the batteries or charger becomes very hot.
I had this problem a few weeks ago (i.e. flashing red LED). All I did was remove the power plug from the charging unit, turned it around 180 degrees, then plugged it back into the charging unit. Red LED came on steady & the battery (which is the one that came with the camera) recharged as normal.
try this. the iriver doesn't boot at times ( wrong charger or using the right charger abroad), unlatch the battery and hold down the power button for about 20 seconds. also reset the instrument. hopefully that might work for you.
Howdy! Same thing happens to me after only a while of having it. iRiver were of very little help but I found my solstice in selling it to some other unfortunate person. I found if you charge it for a hour and then take out the charger, remove the battery and replace it, it will go. What a pain! Perhaps the battery drains out when it sits unused for a few days.
Open the player and test for battery's voltage. In case of a low voltage measurement, you should replace the battery.I don't want to be cruel with you but, maybe that the player power circuit was damaged as well, and in this case it should be repaired by a certified technician (I realy hope for you that this is not the situation).
Good luck !!!
