probably it was lock on the password that 's why it doesnt change the menu setting to get the language change.

you have to login to the phone system and change it or if there is a phone with admin rights

this can be resolved/password reset by using the Database Programming software provide to you from your phone system vendor.

The Inter-Tel will not allow you to leave the conference without disconnecting the outside parties, this is the system design. The hold recall time could possibly be increased to reduce the aggravation.

Inter-Tel Axxess uses programming software specific to the version of software in the phone system. So, you need to know what software the system uses. If you do not already have the programming software... it's a huge hassle. The software is only available to Inter-Tel distributors.
