Previously, I had disarm the receiver, but all was fine, so I'd arm again the receiver and plug to laptop; I'd press both buttons and mouse work. For any reasson, mouse and receiver lost conection and is necessary re-establish comunication pressed both buttons. I hope my experience (my case) to be useful to someone.

I have the same mouse. Make sure batteries are good. Then plug in the usb receiver. On the receiver, press the green led light, then press the connect button on the underside of the mouse. they should connect.
Try resetting the mouse. On the base of
the mouse, there is a red reset button. Press that, while
simultaneously pressing the black reset button on the base of the
charger. The laser light should becomes steady after a moment,
indicating that the mouse is in sync with the laptop. If the laser is
blinking, however, then the mouse is attempting to become synced. You
may have to press the reset button multiple times. Hope this helps.
