Motorola Razor won't turn on

Phone won't turn on though fully charged or nearly so. Not near a service center. Please help !!

Althiugh charger is attached the razor will not turn on. I even replaced the battery and that did not help.

check the battery or try to replace a new one..

check the mobile if it is charging,if it is,power button has a problem

if this 2 option doesn't work,bring it to a mobile service center near you and ask for assistance..

there might be water blog near battery connector or near charging section.kindly wash your phone with petrolium liquid & rehot with blower .don,t try this your self .kindly visit any service shop near by you.

Moto Razor V3i Software Problem

Hi , u cud either get it done from moto service center it wud jus cost u around 350 Indian Rupees, or Make sure ur battery is charged fully, try to update the firmware using motorola phone tools.

Note: While updating the software of phone , all the phone memory contents wud be lost make sure u back it up.

HI,
Every phone battery has a life cycle. if the battery is more than year old , it most probably requires a replacement. As its not able to retain charge. If its under one year , get the same replaced from the motorola service center . I had the same problem with my razor and they replaced it free of charge as the same was under 1 yr .
