I have two of the KM Magicolor 5430DL colour laser printer. Both had controller firmware v2.07 and I've upgraded to v2.09. One has engine firmware 4138.50G0.0700 and one has engine firmware 4138.50G0.1400. In addition to wanting the latest on each, the former also has some printing problems which (I'm hoping) might be fixed by this. You need to clean the printer. See your manual for instructions. It is probably dust on the laser lens
