Use iTunes. Connect your iPod to computer, open iTunes, click on the icon of the iPod, click on the music tab, and select the folder in which your music is stored - iTunes will add every song in that folder, so make sure you have enough space for all your music. BTW, Apple's website has full versions of the user manuals for every variety of iPod.

I cant upload music to my iphone 4 pls help

You can only upload music to your iPhone via iTunes.
First, open iTunes, go to File menu and click on "Add file to library", find the song you want to add and click "ok"
Now the song will show in iTunes. Do this for all the songs you want on your iPhone.
Once you are done, connect your iPhone to your computer. iTunes will recognize your iPhone. Click on iPhone, on the left hand side of iTunes. On the main screen you'll have tabs for your iPhone such as "Information" "Music" "Applications". Click on the Music tab.
Select "Syncronize all music" in the Music tab.
Now on the right hand side in iTunes, you'll see a button "Apply"
Wait for your iPhone to syncronize with your iTunes.
Done!

I cant access my music. it states that the sync took, but it is still showing that my music file is empty

1) Enter a name for the BlackBerry smartphone that media files will be transferred to
2) Choose to use either the Device Memory or the Media Card memory
3) Specify how much memory to keep free of music
4) Delete music transferred from all sources managed by BlackBerry Media Syncronization.
5) Indicate whether the BlackBerry smartphone should check for BlackBerry Media Syncronization updates when BlackBerry Media Syncronization opens, or should never check for updates.
I hope I was able to help you.
Thank you for using Fixya.
