Full reset how do I conduct a full reset on this unit? Thanks

  • thatguy0804 Mar 28, 2008

ok, so what i did wrong at first was i tried turning on the WEP, it asked for a code word so i put in my name and got a set of codes. i closed it an my internet is completely gone. it reads "wrong encryption" and i'm locked out of all my speedstream access points to the interned which says that the IP address doesn't match and I have tried everything to fix it. Is there anything i can do to get my internet back to my computer?

The reset button should be on the back of the unit Hold down the button until the lights on the front blink twice then let it go. It should take another min for the factory defaults to take effect. Have fun on the internet!

Im having a problem with the error code c6752 on a c360 machine i tried changing the ccd board still the scanner does not move

Here are some additional troubleshooting steps you can try:
  1. Check Connections: Ensure that all cables and connectors related to the scanner unit and CCD board are securely connected. A loose or damaged connection could be preventing proper communication between components.
  2. Perform a Full Restart: Turn off the machine and unplug it from the power source. Leave it unplugged for a couple of minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again. This full restart may clear any temporary errors and reset the machine.
  3. Check for Obstructions: Verify that there are no physical obstructions blocking the scanner's movement. Look for any debris or paper pieces that might be hindering the scanner unit's operation.
  4. Conduct a Motor Test: Some Konica Minolta machines have a diagnostic or service mode that allows you to perform tests on specific components, such as motors. Check the service manual or contact Konica Minolta support to see if there is a motor test you can run for the scanner unit.
  5. Update Firmware: Ensure that your machine has the latest firmware installed. Manufacturers release firmware updates periodically to address known issues and improve performance

WASHER KEEP SHUTTING OFF AND WON'T DO A FULL CYCLE

Hi Tim! Thanks for posting your concerns online. Though it is hard to diagnose the unit without any flashing lights or alpha-numeric error codes being displayed, I would suggest to reset the unit at the power source for no less than five minutes. If the unit still has issues completing a full cycle correctly I would recommend having a professional technician assess the unit. Depending on his/her findings, you may have a faulty control board, wiring harness connection or unit timer.

Pf keeps coming up wont run

if you haven't tried this, unplug the power or shut the circuit breaker off for 15 minutes, this may reset the defaults on the unit,if this doesn't help, then shut off power to the unit and open up unit and disconnect each and every connector to check for poor conduction, then reconnect power,if this doesn't help then replace the c.c.u. central control unit

Forget security code and want to reset to 12345

Open up emergency dialer and key in *#7780# and enter 12345 for a factory reset or *#7370# for a hard reset. Beware though that you must have full charged your battery and connected to the charger while conducting this operation.

Yamaha RX-V1500 Shuts down after 2 seconds

This set is getting old and is in the Archives section of the Yamaha consumer guide area. But, you can still download the owners manual if you need one. If it is going into protection mode even when there are no speakers connected OR when the sound level is very, very low or zero it is not good news. Yes, unplugging the line cord will cause the protection system to reset itself. But, if it shuts itself off again soon after rebooting it is a sign of bad grease in the output stages -- in all probability. Let me explain: The audio output transistors are mounted to a large heatsink which keeps them cool during operation. They are electrically isolated from touching the heatsink by an electrical insulating washer. But, in order to keep them cool and allow for good thermal conductivity of the heat generated by the output transistors the washers are treated with a heat conducting grease. Over time this grease will dry out and lose its heat conductivity ability allowing the temperature of the transistors to rise; as the heat goes up they conduct more current and cause the protection system to activate and shut the set down (in order to avoid damage to the set). That is the most common cause of your symptoms. However, there are several other possibilities, but I give this explanation a 90% probability based on my experience.
