Using Internet on mobile continuously makes your battery box hot and also discharge your battery quickly. You should not use non-stopping streaming on your phone otherwise it will create some serious problem with your mobile. If you will use youtube application more than 2 hours on your mobile, your battery will get heat up, You have to change your battery and put new Nokia genuine battery. perfectly normal. as the iphone is a super-powerful smartphone. also it depends on wich application you are using. 3d games, 3g wireless internet and the PUSH notifications, generally contribute to drain the battery's life. to enlarge you battery's duration i would recommend to disable the push notifications, or at least give them a longer refresh delay. also, it would help if you install a battery monitiring application and lock the phone immediatly after use. the drawback is that you wil hae to manually check you e-mails and other things that depends on the push notifications.

Little bit heating is acceptable as after all it is working. It should not heat up too much. When you are using it and also have the charger connected to it naturally it will heat up as the battery is discharging and charging simultaneously. I have a Nokia E71 and use it as a wifi hotspot to access the net on my laptop, you got to see it heat up. And I also keep charging it as the battery drains very fast if used as a hotspot. But thats how it is. So, dont worry unless it heats up very much. If it does then show it to Nokia Care.
