D900I screen problem

HI, I'v been a Samsung fan for ages and neva experienced any prob's till now.Recently upgraded from Z500 to D900I and only had the phone for a week and it started screen distortion problem.Took it in and had the software upgraded, 3 days later it all started again.Pleeeeeze help! I cant be without my phone, so cant send it in for rfepairs and wait weeks before I get it back again.Seems the prob is random, wether you acces the Text message or listen to radio it comes right for a moment after switching it of and back on again. This is driving me nuts, and I'm almost at a point where I want to just break it and tell Samsung to go to hell for life. Any advise on what the porb could be or how to fix it? Need advise so I can tell these asshooole techs here what they should do to fix it. Thnks

my cell phones screen also started to distort after the 1st week and
still has not got better. it is like that all the time now and its so
bad that you cannot read the time unless you put the skin to white, all
the text is pixelated aswell so that you can't see what it is.

OK.I couldnt sit with this problem and so I took it to Samsang repair centre to have a look at it. They had to replace the Motherbord on my mobile phone, cause that is what is causing thsi problem on all phones with the screen problems.Sorry guys, You will have to get a new motherboard if this is your phones problem.Just be wiser than me, and first SAVE all your contacts, pics and whatever you still wish to keep on a memory card or youll loose ALL you had on your phone.

Hope this helps someone wondering whats wrong with their screen.

    Take care

The only one of those that could have happened is that it could have had contact with a WLAN connection because we use a WLAN in our office, but then why does only my phone do that and none of the other employees' phones?

The same happened to mine but i think i had mine too close to a WLAN connection and it might of fried it.... or it could be that i dropped it in water about 4 months ago or it could be the ribbon inside apparently its very common with the slider phones

I have the same problem but the screen will work as long as I keep the slider open which is not very practical, as soon as I slide it closed the screen goes black and I have to turn it off and on again :( Did you ever find a solution to this problem?

I can not pair my phone SAMSUNG D990I

This phone is not listed as compatable on Parrot support web site. You can try clearing the parrot memory by holding down red & green till you hear a bleep, also try a software upgrade if you have had the kit a long time.

Samsung D900i Screen image sometimes reversed. Screen goes blank and image moves randomly

Hi
I can tell you how to solve the reversed image. With the camera running look on the side of phone where the up/down volume keys are. If you press up button you will notice image on screen change. I think the down button inverts the image? Up or down this should correct your inverted image problem.
With regards to people experiencing lines and blacked out screens this appears to be a phone fault.

Freezing Samsung Z500

it wont fix your fone but the way tp get the pics and photos off is as follows..... u need another bluetooth enabled phone or pc nearby.,

1. turn fone on.
2. once it has turned on to normal wallpaper take the sim card out whilst leavin the battery on. very tricky but is possible ( i did it to get my pics off)
3 once the battery is out the fone should not freeze and will allow you time to transfer the files via bluetooth
