I have a Frigidaire Refrig that the freezer is not freezing like it should. Water is dripping out the sides of the edge of the refrig. What do you think is wrong?
CHECK TO SEE IF THE CONDENSOR FAN IS WORKING IT COOLS THE COMPRESSOR IF IT IS THEN UNPLUG IT AND LAT COOL DOWN FOR A DAY THEN TRY TO SEE IF IT WORKS BETTER IT MAY NEED A RELAY OVERLOAD TOO BUY A 3 N 1 START KIT IT TELLS YOU HOW TO WIRE IT ON THE PACKAGE

general design requires compressor on off ratio to be total run time to be 18 hrs on per 24 hr day off time allows compressor to cool down averaged over the day cool air is required around the outer walls of the fridge to cool the condenser coil at the rear also
Freezers have tubes that run inside the walls and top of the case, these carry the refrigerant thru the heat exchange process, this will cause the outsides and top of the freezer case to get warm/hot some times, this is normal, but I recommend you to make sure there is at least 1 1/2" of ventalation clearance around the entire freezer so that it can exchange heat efficiently.
If you don't think the amount of heat present at the outside of the freezer case is NORMAL, then I recommend contacting Frigidaire directly and discuss this with there customer service people.

GOOD LUCK !!
its very likley that the thermostat has stoped working in the on posion and the freezer is running 24/7 this wont do the compressor any good at all, change the thermostat asap,
