I would go to www.jascoproducts.com, support, and then click on drivers. They do have the driver listed for this webcam, however if you are working on Vista --- this webcam is not compatible as it does not have the Vista chipset. You can also call their tech support team to get a free replacement CD at 1-800-654-8483 option 4.

Go to Control Panel and Click on Sounds, Click
on Audio, then Click on the Microphone. Then Click on the drop
down and select Camera Microphone.
Click OK and it should work.

hey everybody, i have the solution to all of u that have lost your instal disk for the ge easycam. after a week of calling many 800 #'s i found the right one. you will not find the solution on line because microsoft will not allow it. if you call the company directly that does support for the ge easycam and tell them that you lost your install cd they will send you another one. here is the number i called. the cd will come by mail in about 7 days. 1800-645-4994 if you just get to an operator you will solve your problem
