Question about SAMTRON 55V 15" CRT Monitor

Samtron 56v My samsung samtron 56v monitor has a problem the lock system of the monitor is on display all the time, and when i press other buttons also there is no use, the message shows control lock Locked and control lock unlocked, i have tried to press the menu button for 30 sec as suggested by other users but no it doesn't work. Experts Please find a solution for my problem.

    Same problem exist for me too......im not a techi guy i dont know anything about changing transistor

    I have the same problem " control lock/unlock is displayed all the the time".

    As well as it's control setting is getting chnaged by itself. Screen size & shape has also been changed

Change the 5v regulator 7805 which is the supply for microprocesor

Samsung samtron monitor does not work
Please check whether the power cable is properly inserted...

The power button of this model fails with time.You need 2 press it tightly and hold it till the LED is on....

try this...

hold the menu button for 10-15 seconds.this shld unlock the menu. if the menu window still keeps popping up then u shld change either memory ic or power regulator..

Dxlb-19 screen adjustment My monitor has worked perfectly for years but has now started flashing up the on screen adjustment main menu panel. But I can't do anything with it as it disappears again just as quickly and I can't remember what the four silver buttons to the left of the identical power on/off button do. It disappears too quickly for me to do anything effective. Help please. Shows how poor my eyesight is just noticed the icons under the button ... 1 down up 2 power :-)
