Digital camera i can not take the pics of my camera too the computer. i go to tranfer now and the ok is not lit up. i reinstalled the kodakcd still did not work is there a program in my camera that i should set it on please help

There may be an option in your settings in the camera for USB mode. Make sure you can see the camera on your computer. If not, you may need to go to the control panel and add new hardware. Can you give me a little more info about the camera and the PC you're trying to download your pics to? Make and model of camera and PC would be a start.

The Kodak program seems to have many problems like this. Uninstall Easy share, and get Picasa: http://picasa.google.com/ This photo organizer will find all your images and has some good editing functions. It will import from most cameras, is easy to use and free.

sounds like that card has become faulty. Many things can make go faulty. If you formatted it in a computer that will make it faulty. Sometimes you can still format it in the camera

Hi! You will need to purchase an adaptor to connect to the cpu. It will be available on any computer parts store, just bring your camera cable to match the right adaptor. Hope this helps and have a good one!

Try NOT connecting your camera to your computer.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.
