When i using my handphone,it alwaly "hang"or it is stop the function.so ,when i take out the battery and switch on the phone.the monitor is white no anything,is not my phone is broken?what should i do.my phone memory is 2Gb but i only use 1 Gb.

Hey there might be a virus in ur handset scan the handset onece or check out the device which u are attahing the hardware competebility might not be matching,if these does not work than reinstall the software.
