Can i fix a kingston ddr 512mb 400 mhz in this motherboard? it would work to 266 mhz
Hi, Normally yes. It is the motherboard that will limit the memory speed. Shifting down from 400 to 266 should not be a problem. However, I have run across instances where the memory is cut in half (dunno why), but very rare. Good luck and kind regards.
