Looking for a manual for A Samsung SSC security system

I have a 960H Time Lapse Video Cassette Recorder (SSC-960), B/W Observation Monitor (SSC-12M), and 2 SSC-12 B/W camera's. They are all Samsung, and was wondering if there is a download for installation instructions, and a product manual ?

    GOT A SECURITY CAMERAS A SSC-12C AND VIVITAR VIDEO MONITOR BUT IT DIDNT HAVE POWER CORDS FOR THE CAMERAS WHAT VOLTS OR WATTS ARE THIER.

Am not familiar with an SSC-960, there are however SVR-960 (4 versions) by Samsung.



Normally Samsung follows similar installation procedures and the differences in their model are advance features and the length of recording time. If this could be of any help, this link is a users’ manual for a 1280 hrs model. It includes installation procedures.



Alternately you can try Google for “svr 960 pdf” but when I tried it most that I can get are German language versions.

I went to www.samsungcctv.com but could not find your #. surfing the net it shows as a time lapse vcr, is that correct? Anyway, Samsungs got great customer support and can email you a manual or give you the site to look it up. 1-310-632-1234 sales and service located in california. Hope this helps

I have a Samsung SSC-Dual DVR from a Security system that quit. No lights, fan runs, fuse is good. Is there a schenatic for the unit?

I have a Samsung B/W Monitor, model Name SSC-12M for an observation System. Turns on for a few secomds, and then gets a straight line across and turns monitor on and off, Capasitor maybe? Worth repair ing...
The vertical Ic either has bad connections or is defective. Look for a small flat IC attached to a heat sink with about 11 pins. Try resoldering the pins first. If that fails to resolve it, replace the IC. This IC may be marked LA7837 or something similar. If you are unsure, post the marking here and I'll confirm you have the correct part.

No picture
The green connectors are for PIR (passive infrared ) motion sensors to be connected, they have nothing to do with you recieving a signal from your cameras. Double check to make sure the camera jacks are securely connected on both ends (camera & monitor) , and then hit your AUTO button which should automatically cycle through your cameras if you are indeed getting a signal. If you arent, you have other issues. As to the monitor getting darker. You will need to adjust the brightness from day to night unless you have an alternate light source or IR(infrared) Illuminator for night viewing.
