I am trying to re-install my Nero OEM Suite. When it gets to Nero OE section it stops 3/4 of the way through saying it can't find 'nero\neronor.nls'. It's always loaded fine before but, I'm assuming that I have a conflict with something else. I don't know. Any ideas??

hkey local machine -> software...delete "ahead" or maybe "nero"
Good luck...be careful...registry is dangerous

Do exactly what it tells you. The version of windows you are using is not compatable with that version of nero.

Which Nero versions that you used? If you have CCleaner, simply run
CCleaner after uninstall any software like Nero for the best results,
it will cleans all your PC activities or Windows System. Try to run
registry cleaner before installing Nero. Then, download and run "Nero General Clean Tool", it helps you to thoroughly clean all the files that
other versions of Nero have left on your computer. When you make a new
Nero installation on your computer, you may see messages about
incompatibility or possible inconsistencies with the Windows registry
since earlier Nero versions have left disconnected files, which I think
cause this type of problem. Then you try to install it again and lets
see. Try these, it may can help you to solve your problem.
Hi,
you really need to re-install Nero, as you backed up in the format nero uses, its only unpackable via nero.
re-install nero, and this should allow you to regain access to your backed up DVDs.

p.s if you search the web hard enough, you,ll get a trial or earlier version Free.
