The low beam doesn't change to high beam! I changed the lights bulbs and checked all fuses but there is nothing wrong with them! As I heard from a electrician, its somehow related to a switch but I dont...

depending on the make and model the dimer switch is part of the multifunction switch. on Chevy's you would pull the turn signal switch to the steering wheel.

I need instructions on replacing a turn signal switch. Our current turn signal is no longer returning or cancelling.

For Caravan, Grand Voyager, Town and Country, Voyager, 2000-2004 check this guide for change Turn Signal Switch:
CAUTION The Supplemental Inflatable Restraint (SIR) system must be disarmed before working around the air bag or SIR system wiring. Failure to do so may cause accidental deployment of the air bag, resulting in unnecessary SIR system repairs and/or personal injury.
  1. Disconnect and isolate the negative battery cable from the battery.
  2. In order to disarm the air bag system, allow the system capacitor to discharge for at least 2 minutes, before performing any removal procedures.
  3. Remove the upper and lower steering column shrouds.
  4. Disconnect the electrical connector from behind the combination switch.
  5. Remove the mounting screws securing the combination switch to the steering column adapter collar.
  6. Remove the combination switch from the vehicle.

Fig. The turn signal (multi-function) switch is attached to the steering column by two screws

To install:
  1. Install the combination switch to the steering column adapter collar. Tighten the combination switch mounting screws.
  2. Reconnect the electrical connector to the combination switch.
  3. Install the upper and lower steering column shrouds and tighten the retaining screws.
  4. Reconnect the negative battery cable and check all functions of the combination switch for proper operation.

Hope helps (remember rated this).

I have a 1996 Chevrolet c/k 1500 z71 four wheel drive. My windshield wipers have stopped working on every setting except for hi. Does anyone know what the problem could be?

It's more than likely the combination switch (turn signal stalk). They are common on this truck, and I find myself changing them all the time. I wouldn't hesitate to start by replacing the combo-switch first, as if it hasn't failed yet, it will. And it's not often I advise swapping a part before tesing it.

My turn signals on my 87 camaro don't work but hazards do.anyone know the problem?

Most likely it is a defective turn signal flasher......put in a electronic unit when changing it.

My hazard lights work but the turn signals wont

Have you tried changing the flasher unit (the small plugin unit that makes the click sound when flashing)?

These units come in several variations - perhaps an unsuitable unit has been installed.

If none of the above suggestions help, you should re-check the operation on the turn signal switch.
In one of the turn positions, if you bridge out the 2 correct pins of the flasher unit, the indicators on one side should light when you move the switch to that position.
Move the switch to the other turn position, and the indicator lights on that side should light.

If none of the above helps, you will need a vehicle wiring diagram to help find the problem.
