Citizen Eco drive Inop

On my Citizen Eco Drive, although I pulled it out to the second stop, I have to pull just a bit harder to get the hands to engage. You may want to take it to a jeweler and ask them about it. They may be able to fix it on the spot at no cost. Who knows and there is no charge for asking.

Second does not reset to 12

You should be able to solve this by pulling out the Crown(the one with which you set your normal clock), Pull it out in the 2nd stand.
Then by pushing the 'start/stop' button --> you change the minutes.
By pushing the 'lap/reset' button --> you change the seconds

It worked for me, took me a few minutes to figure it out, i hope this saves others the time of doing that :p
