On my Citizen Eco Drive, although I pulled it out to the second stop, I have to pull just a bit harder to get the hands to engage. You may want to take it to a jeweler and ask them about it. They may be able to fix it on the spot at no cost. Who knows and there is no charge for asking.
I think Its required Recharging capacitor
Put your watch under lamp light for 12 hours I hope that will solve the issue if not then capacitor need to be replace or watch need cleaning
hope this help

You should be able to solve this by pulling out the Crown(the one with which you set your normal clock), Pull it out in the 2nd stand. Then by pushing the 'start/stop' button --> you change the minutes. By pushing the 'lap/reset' button --> you change the seconds
It worked for me, took me a few minutes to figure it out, i hope this saves others the time of doing that :p
good morning ! to set the Eco Drive Skyhawk citizen watch, full the crown carefully wind it slowly until you reach the correct time after that push the crown back to normal possition, if the hand is turning back to the wrong time just press the button on the up side until the turn to the correct time, thank you ! god bless !...
Well.. if your watch is automatic (battery not included) you have to take care of that watch like avoid hard shock like the watch fells from a hight etc . secondly is your watch operate on battery there much got weak or your watch hand alignment is out in this case you must get your watch to there service center and this is not a serious problem they won't charge you much for this problem ..i hope that i helped you
