Cdc ethernet/rndis adapter texas instruments is missing on startu

Hello,

A driver is software.

The driver should have come on a CD with your rndis/ethernet gadget.

You need to run Setup or Install from that CD. If it brings up a page of drivers look for the ethernet device on the page and install it's driver.

OK, RNDIS means Remote Network Digital Interface Protocol or something like that. Cannot locate ISP, are you signed up for a remote connection? I don't care yes or no, but if you are, seek out your provider.
