Phone freezes when i try to open gallery in 6275i

Hey there, whenever i try to open the gallery in my Nokia 6275i phone it freezes on the page with the loading bar. the bar itself is still moving but is totally unresponsive. also my computer doesnt register it anymore, i'm told this is a problem from a theme i put on it, any idea of how to fix?? cheers!

hey thanks very much for that solution, but i don't think that this software updater version that is compatible with my phone, a nokia 6275i. do you know if its still possible to find a differenent version of the software updater? or maybe its software is very similar to another type of phone? thanks in advance

Very easy and accurate solution for this .. u just need to download nokia software updater from nokia website ..install it on ur computer and remember select ur model and connect with data cable and start uplaoding , it will install a fresh copy of operating system on ur phone according to the model no. one thing to remember do it online .. it doesnt work offline ..http://www.nokia.co.in/get-support-and-software/download-software/device-software-update/download

you have to restore it by pressing *#7370#....or else you can check for a software update...or you have to contact nokia care atlast...

How to cheak imei code in nokia 6275i of cdma because i try this code *#06# but there is no result pls suggest

if when you press *#06# nothing happens as soon as you press *#06# the number should come up without you pressing the call button if this doesnt happen then the chances are your phone is a clone and was probably once stolen.

The imei number is printed on the back of the phone under neath the battery so look here for your imei number.

Try this code in your phone *#war0anty#

for the letters war anty you press the button that this letter is on so w is 9 and a is 2 and so on but make sure you put the 0 inthe middle then when you press the # key it should tell you all the phone info such as when it was made and the software on the phone ets if this info dont come up then their is a good chance the phone has been stolen and reprogrammed with clone software.

Check the sticker under the battery for your imei number it will be printed on the sticker ok.
