Sentry safe I recently started a new job and inherited a sentry safe. It uses a combination or key to unlock. We don't know the combination and the key will not unlock it. It was moved from one store to another and opened with the key before moving it. How can I set up a combination and open it with the key? Kathy

    I have locked the key to my sentry safe inside and the key plunger is down and although I put the correct electronic combination in I cannot unlock the safe. Is there any way to "pop" the plunger without the key?

U can request a lost combo from the sentrysafe.com u gotta get a it noteiatized and send it in to them the details are listed on the webpage i hope this helps u

Sentry will make you jump through a few hoops, but they will tell you the combination when it left the factory. It is possible that your parents may have changed it, although most don't.
