Same problem except my motherboard doesn't even do the POST (Power On Self Test). I have tried stripping all the external plug-ins including the fans. There is a black spaceship thing near the CMOS battery that appears to be a fuse. I tried jumping past it, but it still will not POST. The motherboard worked fine and when I tried to use it a week later, it was in this condition. Do you have a Schematic?

This problem could be caused by the processor not starting or any other hardware problem but since u said that they all work on other systems then i think its a processor or fan or even a bios broblem "but i'd rule out the bios problem because with most bios problems the monitor still starts to tell you that you have a bios problem, just to be sure u'll find a small battery plugged in a socet in your motherboard, just unplugit, clean it and return it", if the computer still doesn't restart then its most probably a processor problem.

Hi, have you checked inside your computer with the power on? The problem may be as simple as the cooling fan on your heatsink not working. also check if you have a case fan and see if that is working. If these are running, then check that ALL POWER CABLES TO THE MOTHERBOARD are plugged in tight. If all this fails you will need to test your power pack. If you have a multimeter test that the power cables to the board have power, Grey is neutral, black negative and the rest are either 5v, 6v, or 12v. If you can not do this test then swap the power pack from your other computer and see how this works, let us know if this fails Regards mistyman

I just bought a second hand baby monitor from graco and they have charged but the one on my room is flashing a red light and continuosly beeps why???

When mine is red I check two things, that it's sitting flat in the charger and that all plug ins on all units are in snugly. The other thing is sometimes the main unit in the babys room is turned off so make sure the switch on the side is on. Hope it helps.

Check engine light blinked continuosly and smoking

you have a severe missfire thats why the light is blinking
the smoke and sound were the cat converter[s] glowing red hot from the missfire
dont drive it untill the missfire is fixed or youll ruin the cats[if not already] plus a good chance of fire exists

When I power up my PC, the red LED HDD light is solid red (no blinking) and then after a couple of minutes or so, it goes very dim and I cannot get the monitor to turn on. Is this a HDD drive issue or is...

i believe that it is a motherboard issue (video card, processor or RAM) but not the HDD. you can get into bios without hard disk or even if its not detected. so the major problem will be the four hardwares.

Only Green Lights PS3 dont turn on

Usually the "red light of death" on the PS3 as it is called by some people is due to hard drive (HDD) connection errors. Here are a few things you can try to do to fix it and get your console working again as intended, just check out this short video I made (it's less than 4 minutes and contains useful pictures etc)

For more information and advice on how to fix your console, if that does not do the trick for repairing your system, check out my PS3 red flashing lights repair blog.

Hopefully you get your PS3 working again ASAP!
