1. Please check with the power supply of pc from a/c plug. 2. if power supply is ok then ensure that the input poewer cord is at right position in behind of cpu. 3. If you are using old type power supply (which do not autumatically turned off by operating system) then there is problem with power switch or SMPS. 4. If you are using advance power management (generally used in now-a days computers which is automatically turned off by O.S., then there may be a problem with power pin that is connecting thae mother board and power button. Shut down your computer and open the cpu chasis and tighten the pin and ensure that it is properly inserted (the location of the pin is near hard disk lid pin, power lid pin). 5. If this pin is ok then check with pconnecting wire of pin and power button and also the power button. 6.Then turn the computer on. If it does not work then check the power connectors from SMPS to mother board are properly installed and inserted. 7. If power connector is ok then there is posssiblity of problem with your SMPS (power supply) of computer. 8.Generally due to heavy load of power and long usage the condensers of smps get mailfunctioned. Take the smps or computer to a local hardware expert.

My NB temperature over heats really easy. What can I do to fix this?

Your computer is overheating. Three causes of overheating are:
1) Dust - Dust inside the computer, dust clogging the fans, dust clogging the vents, dust around the cpu and heat sink. Remedy - Open the case and blow out the dust with a can of compressed air.

2). A fan is not working. Remedy Replace the fan. There are two so find out which one is not working. One is inside the Power Supply where the power cord plugs in and the other one sits on top of the CPU and Heat Sink on the motherboard.

3) The Thermal Paste around the CPU and Heat Sink has dried up or is too thin to keep the unit cool. Remove the Fan, CPU and Heat Sink and apply a fresh coat of Thermal Paste.

First remove the power plug from the smps and press the power switch few time and wait for few minutes the re plug the power connector to the smps and switch on the computer if you still dont have power then you will have to check whether the smps work to test that its not enough to test the voltage in the 21/24 pin you will have to short the green wire and the black wire and see whether the smps fan is working if the fan is not working then the problem is with smps

Do the fans inside the case spin?
If so, then the computer is getting power.

If you have an older computer, with a Pentium 2 or Pentium 3 CPU, it's possible that the "slot-mount" CPU has been dislodged from its "slot" socket. Turn the computer off. Disconnect the AC power.
Make sure that the CPU is properly "seated" into its socket.

Computer won't load anything

Possible RAM problem, also failing electrolytic capacitors in the power supply and/or motherboard can cause these problems.

Look for swollen/bulging/leaking electrolytic capacitors.

It might help if you mention make/model of the computer and the operating system you are using.
