There are mechanical problem of your camera...may be one of the motor is stuck up...check the drum motor if free wheeling..is it the common problem of that model

I got the solution from your net only.Thanks it is wotking presently.you have to do simply take out the cassete and keepp the cassete door open.And then take both the battery out i,e one main battery and another small battery and leave camera in this psoition for two hrs and tehn place back battery in its position and then load cassete .It will work.I have tested it.Thanks a lot.
take off the battery and plug it in to the wall, it it moves or resets then try to close it like you use to, if not make sure the out side cover is open all the way, or if cover is attached to holder try to gently giggle it or see if something is hung up inside

Hello and please any body shed some light as to why would the cassete holder door will not close. It was ok, and suddenly I got the ?ject tape"warning. I took the cassete out but I saw there was some loose tape. After that it does not close.
