When i press on navigator it doesnt load and its stuck on the screen
I checked under Menu > Get It Now > Get Going and it said my [[Navigator]] was expired on January 1st, 2008. That's complete BS because I pay monthly for the service, and it should never expire... I did try upgrading the version, with no luck. Tomorrow I am going to the Verizon Store and giving them an earful. Update to follow...

The program most likely expired. The same thing happened to mine.

Follow this: 1. Go to Settings & Tools. 2. Select option 5 (Phone Settings) 3. On next window select option 5 again (Location) 4. After the selection is made you should see 2 selection options. a.) Location ON & b.) E911 only. 5. If the selection is on "E911 only" your Navigation system will not work. Change the election to "Location ON" and after selecting this option, exit and go to Navigation.

I hit: Menu > Navigator > 1. Navigator. Phone get stuck on screen unless I press [[END]] or close the screen. Tried the "Location" fix, and it didn't do any good, it was already set to {Location On}. I switched between {E911 Only} and {Location On} just to see if it did any good, and it didn't. I tried recycling power (removing battery), and waited forever to see if the screen was just loading slowly. Nothing. If it means anything, I've had the problem since New Years Eve.
If it did expire, how do u get it back?
