My zune only works when i plug it in a electrical source and when its time to pull the plug it automatically shut down by itself. My zune also neverworks when i connect on my pc.

You probably need to replace the internal battery, you should be able to source one on ebay. Take the pack off and have someone measure the voltage at the battery terminals when on and off charge, after it has been on charge for at least an hour. If it drops hugely below the specified voltage on the battery then the battery is faulty
I hope I have been of help but please do not hesitate to ask if you have any further questions.
I appreciate your vote if you appreciate my reply.

Will not turn on.

It's likely your battery is flat. These devices are designed to run only from their internal battery. If the battery is flat, it won't turn on. To charge the battery connect your charging source (USB port or wall charger). Turn the player on with the mechanical swich. Next hold down the play button for more than 4 seconds. The player will turn off and begin to charge. After about 6 hrs the battery will be full and you can use the player.

I cant charge my zenv mp3 so i need someone to help!!!!!!!

Hello there,

Apparently your battery is dead.. Just install a replacement battery and it will be alright. If I am not wrong this player uses 3V, 1200mAH battery. Please verify before buying the replacement. It should cost you around 15-20$

Battery not holding charge

Hi,
Sounds like your battery is going. Many Mp3 players can have their batteries replaced, the problem is finding someone with the parts or who is willing to do it. I have found that the batteries are usually the same as the iPod shuffles use. The battery is probably soldered onto the circuit board so the shop will need to be able to solder. You may be able to get service from the factory. Hope that helps.

This is a replacement battery. Remove the 4 screws around the perimeter of the case and remove the back. The battery is at the top.

Battery

The most likely culprit is not shutting off the MP3 player before you replace your battery. Whenever you cut the power source without giving the MP3 player a chance to save its settings, it re-syncs the music. Shut off the MP3 player completely before taking the battery out and it should not have to re-sync next time you start it up.
