Tundra antenna removal

You will have to un-install the entire antenna system from the inside.
remove the panel carefully adjacent to the antenna system
undo the bolts and clamps that hold the system in place
you can try and install the new antenna piece without disconnecting the transfer wire that goes back to the radio. But usually you will need to get and install a new system.
just to keep you going in the mean time you could just use a old wire coat hanger "classic" just bend the hook straight and shove it in, you have your sounds back.

Power antenna broke and I need to replace it. How

Buy replacement antenna mast. Remove old one by unscrewing the retaining cap nut. Turn on the radio & let the antenna cable run all the way up while you pull on it to remove it.
Install the new antenna mast by turning the radio 'off' so the spool inside goes back to its beginning while you feed the cable of the new antenna down into the antenna mast hole.
Once the cable is all the way down, reinstall the retaining nut/cap and turn on the radio to allow the spool to run the antenna 'UP.'... cycle the radio ON and then OFF several times allowing the antenna to move all the way up and all the way down.
That's it!

The antenna base on my Maxon HCB-10C CB Radio got pulled out. Can I fix this?

Not sure what you mean here...

If the antenna is broke, then you should just get a new antenna. If the antenna connector was pulled out of the radio, it is usually fixable.

If the connector is broke off the antenna, it may may be fixable, I would have to see it. If its done wrong, you could hurt the transmit section of the radio.

You should just get a new antenna.

The antenna broke off.Is it possible to by a new

You can make one. It is just a single conductor. Voltage is low so don't worry about shocks.

DO use a very flexible stranded wire as it breaks at flex points.
