I need help to fix htc phone storage

You can clear off whatsapp database , also check out if you have multiple whatsapp videoes , as videoes occupy more space. If you have an sd card, dont forget to move apps like facebook to the sd card. For moving apps to sd card, go to settings, then apps, select a particular app, and mostly at down you will get an option of move to sd card.

How to format SD memory card in HTC TYTN II smartphone

To format your SD card, simply unplug it from your PDA, then plug the SD Card into your PC/Laptop (using builtin card reader or one of the USB Card Readers), then open "My Computer", right click the SD Card's icon and format it. Hope this helps.

I have htc p3400 i need storage card as my default memory

...to storage card? I want to transfer lots of files from my computer to my HTC Touch via Bluetooth -- however, I can't seem to change the default file path of the transferred file -- which is on phone memory. When I'm about to send a file, the HTC Touch will halt the process because it does not have enough memory even though I have 1gb free space on my storage card. How do you do this?

Hi what are the zip files for?

Basicly, your PDA has these kinds of storage areas:

1. Main Storage (Where windows is) 3. Storage Card (2GB in your case)
If your main storage area is full, your PDA will start to show up messages that your memory is full. In this case, if your personal zip files, or other files are in your main storage area, you can transfer them to your Storage Card (cut & paste) using the file explorer in the start menu to free up some space in your Main Storage area. But be carefull while doing this process, because some files are needed to stay in the main storage area for the windows to function properly. So you should consider only transfering personal data like notes, pictures, etc..

I have a htc touch phone and i put all my pics on the storage card, and than one day all pics where gone and nowi cant even save my pics to the storage card.. and now there is storage card , and storage...

Why this happens:
If for any reason your phone cannot find the SD card on boot it will create a folder on your Phone's Memory called 'Storage Card' to put the Temp Files, Pictures, Music, etc into. Now as soon as the SD card becomes available, since there is already a folder called 'Storage Card', it is forced to name the "Real" SD Card 'Storage Card 2'.
Solution: Delete the "Storage Card" folder and soft reset. If the phone finds the "Real" SD Card, it will be named 'Storage Card' again. If for some reason it is not found, you might have a corrupt SD Card that needs to be reformatted. This would of course loose all the information on the card, so hopefully this is not the case. Warning: If you have pictures or other files in the 'Storage Card' directory, you will want to move them to 'Storage Card 2' before deleting 'Storage Card'. Use the 'File Explorer' found in your 'Programs' to do this. Good luck!
