Freezing the fone won't turn off when i flip it open its frozen on a screen that tells me i got messages..no matter what buttons i press it won't do anything else. Please help..thanx

HELP I just had a toddler man-handle my camera and now it is frozen. The screen is blank..I take the batter out and put it back in...it tells me the card cover is open..I close it and it freezes back up.

Try this: remove the card and battery...press every button...leave it alone for 20 minutes...insert the card and then the battery...turn it on.If it turns on, turn it off and remove the card. Turn it back on and go into the menu and find "reset'...follow the on-screen instructions. After this, your camera should operate normally.

My flip video won't turn off or record, won't be acknowledged by PC via USB port - seems to have frozen - screen is black but light behind it showing power is on but can't do anything with it.

To fix, I held the on/off button down for an extended time (around 10 secs approx) until it finally turned off. Left it alone for a few minutes and then turned back on. Worked okay. Also got a response from flipshare support who said there is a reset button inside the tripod space, use a pin to press that and then fully recharge camera via USB slot on PC.

Hi. Turn power off on bottom of machine. Hold down the top right button on the keyboard. It doesn't matter which product is programmed there, it must be the top right button. Turn on at bottom. When you see the copyright message, let go of button and press the right part of the subtotal button. when it asks to flag clear, press Yes

I phone Frozen or F'd?

try removing the battery,for 30 seconds , then replace , as u switch the fone on, plug it into the charger, this may help to re-boot your fone....

Dont be stupid... you dont have to call anyone... ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS, hold the top left button (the one one that looks like three little bars) and with the screen flipped open press the letter L on the keypad. So while holding the top left button hit the letter L.

Camera Frozen

Hi,

I tried Option No.1 successfully when my Panasonic DMC-FZ7K froze once:

Option No1:

1. Try turning the camera on with the battery inserted.

2. Now remove the battery while the camera is on.

3. Flip the switch on the camera to off, then insert a fully charged battery. (Make sure that the battery's orientation is correct. Also make sure that the battery being used is not damaged).

4. Now flip the camera's switch to ON again.

Option No. 2:

If you can open the Setup menu then the camera can be reset which might help:

Turn on the camera.

1. Press MENU SET.

2. Press the left arrow button.

3. Press the down arrow button.

4. Press the right arrow button.

5. Now, press the up arrow button several times until the menu item named RESET is highlighted. Push the right arrow button and then select and set YES when the camera asks to be reset.
