Hi I'm not familiar with that particular model, but unless there is an input jack on the back, the note on the unit means that if you burn a cd on a computer,to play using this unit, you don't have to convert the songs to standard music format as you would with an older boombox, but you can leave them in MP3 format and fit many many songs on the CD, and the boombox will still play them. So....You must burn the songs from your ipod to a cd, in MP3 format, and the box will play them. Good Luck!

How can I make murano 2003 play mp3 cds or use an Ipod

you can get all kinds of solutions like the local radio things. Monster and a bunch of companies off that.

The BEST alternative (imho) is the USA Spec brand that charges your ipod and controls it to your factory radio displaying names, etc. It hooks up to your satellite radio thing and uses channel 5 i think.

it's ~ $150. Crutchfield sells this and you can install yourself with relative ease. An example: USA SPEC

Can you hook up a MP3 player to a gpx clock radio ipod player?

If the radio has an AUX or mp3 hook up (that is not the one for the IPod) you can otherwise you will need an FM transmitter or something like that.

Only 3 speakers play with ipod all other is ok

Are you playing your ipod through the stereo with a cable in aux mode? If so check your fader and balance settings when in aux.
there would be no other reason except for speaker wiring check and make sure there is no auxiliary wiring that may not be hooked up.
if it's not settings, then it's wiring, unless your stereo has an internal problem in the auxiliary circuit.
