There isn't a reset button, just agree with the printer and push the "OK" or Cancel button, and keep on printing. Long story made short, most ink cartridges come with pre-stamped ink levels or expiration date, that you or I can't change. That the price you pay for superior tech and why ink cost so much. One or both print cartridges are defective.Look under the "check ink" what message come.If it's BLK change black cartridge, if it's CLR change the color cartridge.If BLK and CLR change both cartridges.
