Both the BASE and the Handset DROPS OFF in the middle of a converstaion.... I CAN HEAR the Other Party talking, BUT they CANNOT HEAR ME... Very Strange...

The main unit has a problem and the secondary unit only replicates the same problem. It is not the second phone.
Dropped calls can be from a bad connection from the source (wall plug) to the input port on the phone. Get a new wire and see if that helps with the problem.
PLEASE read your owner manual, section troubleshooting and reset the microwaves. Otherwise you mus call to the company Panasonic, and get support ONLINE via phone or chat, for to resolve the problem. Can be a problem with the eleactronic board PROM. God bless you
You apparently have call-forwarding activated. The exact procedure for deactivating it may vary by company, but in most cases you simply dial *73 on your phone (the Panasonic, not your cell). Contact your telephone company (the landline) for exact instructions.
