Pure Chronos CD player says " loading " and clicks a lot but doesn't load or play. Is there anything that I can do?Pure

If your Pure Chronos CD player is displaying the "loading" message and clicking but not loading or playing CDs, there could be a few different issues that may be causing the problem. Here are a few steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

Check the CD: Make sure that the CD you are trying to play is in good condition and not damaged. A scratched or damaged CD may not play properly or may cause the player to malfunction.

Check the CD tray: Make sure that the CD tray is properly aligned and not damaged. If the tray is misaligned or damaged, it could be causing the player to malfunction.

Clean the CD player: Dust and debris can accumulate inside the CD player and cause it to malfunction. You can try cleaning the player with a soft, dry cloth and using compressed air to remove any dust or debris.

Reset the CD player: You can try resetting the CD player to see if that resolves the issue. To do this, unplug the player, wait a few minutes, and then plug it back in.

If you have tried these steps and are still experiencing the issue, it is possible that the CD player is malfunctioning and may need to be repaired or replaced. It may be helpful to consult the user manual or to seek the assistance of a professional audio technician.

My Sharp CD-BH950 mini component system will not change tracks on CD's. Have tried all trays and multiple CD's with no luck. It just plays the first track over and over.

Look over your player and see if a program is set. Sometimes you can set a program on the CD player to play the first song on cds. Turn program play off. It’s sometimes called delete bank where all song are skipped except first track. Or you can have the repeat button on. Turn that off. There also could be a malfunction with the player. If your still having problems reset the system.

My tascam is starting to eject most cds I try to play. These are cds I have always been able to play plus new ones. I haven't had problem recording on it.

There are a number of things that can cause a CD not to read and then be rejected. It can be dirt accumulated on the lens, lack of correct spin up of the spindle motor- they often times need good oiling and then maybe the deck does not know the tray is in due to a faulty switch. The questions are does it focus, does it spin up to proper rate and will it read the TOC?

My sony cd player plays most discs but not all? Why?

I have several CD players and I've found some CDs will just not play on some of them. If you have a changer with 300+ discs they are more likely to be fussy than one loaded in a flat tray.

I'd suggest you try playing the CD in another CD player or your computer, if it won't play in them it is the disk. I had one which would not play in any machine, it was a copy I made on a poor quality closeout of blank CDs at Good Guys when they closed, it turned out the blank CDs were of poor quality.

I hope that might help you.

My jvc player rejects my cds when I put them in. what do I do?

Hello,
The mechanism that controls opening and closing of the tray is bad, that is why it keeps ejecting cds when inserted in.
Unplug the player and unscrew it open then plug it after opening the cover and try to insert a disc and see the how far the cd goes before ejecting, be sure not to touch any metal part in the player to avoid shock.
After trying to play a cd, you will notice where the tray ejects the cds from, it is located try to unplug the player and disassemble the mechanism, you will see either a worn out rubber or teeth on the mechanism, then replace them and reassemble it back together, after doing that, the player will be able to hold a cd.
Take care and good luck

My cds are not being read they are just being rejected why is this they are new, this shouldn't be happening!

Does the player make an attempt to read the disk? or does it reject the disk immediately without reading it? If it does make an attempt then it could be that the format of the disk isn't correct if the disk comes out soon after you insert it then there is a problem with the player and it could be that the lens is damaged or a mechanical issue

Doesn't read the cd. says

If any cd player does not play, three things, it either the wrong format, dirty cd or faulty cd player. If your cd player play others cd, it mean others are the wrong format. for example older cd player is not compatible to play some of the cd formatted from the computer. if the cd player does not play anything that mean the cd player is faulty.

CD player fails to read CDs

It's likely it's dirt on the CD lens. You can try cleaning it with a lens cleaning disc. But if the lens has been damaged it will never read the disc again, no matter how many times it is cleaned.
