International calls - Prevent calling

Incoming calls when roaming

- Prevent incoming calls when outside

your home country.

International calls except to home

country - Prevent calls to foreign

countries or regions, but allow calls to

your home country.

To check the status of voice call barrings,

select the barring option and

Options > Check status.

To deactivate all voice call barrings,

select a barring option and Options >

Deactivate all barrings.

To change the password used for

barring voice, fax, and data calls, select

Options > Edit barring password.

Enter the current code, then the new

code twice. The barring password must

be four digits long. For details, contact

your service provider.

In setting / security setings / there should be an option as "Call Barring Service" in which u can block incoming or outgoing or international calls

Use feature 986 (transfer to VM) then enter in the co-workers extension number. That will bypass the extension and send the caller directly to his voicemail.

You can receive incoming calls by pressing the green call key on your phone while there is an active incoming call at the moment.

Incoming line ring settings are in the config menu under:
2nd option - Line access
enter extension number
2nd option - Ringing
Ringing then can be toggled on or off for each line assigned to that extension.

I don't know what Make/Model of phone you've got, but basically you go in the Menu/Tools/Settings/Calls/ then select the Outgoing/International/International except to home country/Incoming/Incoming when abroad, and select Activate or Check status or Cancel.
