Dear! This is so old that it is very hard to find manual. You can ask one by one the function of he use if it is possible. People might answer! However it is very simple camera so you can figure it out easy, too.
Just put battery into the battery compartment and switch on like this!

You should be more specific with the make and model, but if you mean the Fujifilm XP10 Waterproof camera, the official instructions manual is at:(it's a PDF file so you might need acrobat reader, etc. to open the file)

I don't think you can get them anymore i have searched the internet and personally could not find one, but i would suggest ringing fujifilm on the following number and asking them to see if they have a copy.

Fujifilm finepix F31fd. Some pictures have a ripple pattern of part of a circle imposed on them. Others are ok. Fault is seen when the pics are viewed in the camera as well as when uploaded.
