I HAVE BEEPING ON MY WHEELWRITER 1000 ON LINE SPACING 1 & 2

THE TYPEWRITER WILL NOT TYPE OR DO ANYTHING AT ALL AND THOSE LIGHTS ARE BLINKING ALL THE TIME. I HAVE CHANGED THE BATTERIES AND PUT IN A NEW RIBBON. CAN YOU HELP?

The keyboard is probably bad and the typewriter can't see it.

Probably a board or power supply. If you can get it to us i'm sure it can be repaired for under 150.00.

Typewriter has locked up and turning off and on doesn't work. The spacing lights for single and double spacing are blinking and it beeps several times when it is turned on. However none of the keys...

Sounds like tour keyboard is bad You can try my tip under WW1000 or contact Geo. Beyers CO. for a keyboard rebuild @800-392-8085 tell them O'Reilly sent you.

Nothing will work, the 1 and 2 line spacing is blinking. I have unplugged it overnight, replaced batteries. Cannot get anything to work on it.

Probably the keyboard. Try my repair tip under ww 1000 or contact Geo. Beters Co. @ 800-392-8985 for a keyboard rebuild.

Lights blink and machine beeps

Check the flat connector that goes to the indicator lights the edge of the keyboard sometimes wears into itand causes a reset sequence.
