Question about Microsoft Windows XP Professional With Servise Pack 2 (e8503040) for PC
Download the audio driver from www.driverskit.com or install it from the cd provided when you bought the device. This is because windows might have not recognised ur device as they have not packed your driver with the windows.

The reason for the message will be the fact that windows doesnt recognise that there is a sound device available because the driver for your sound card or onboard sound is not built into XP and therefore you will have to find out what make of audio you have and install the relevant driver.
