When I turned on my phone, I immediately got a low storage alert. I cannot delete unused items as suggested, because the device freezes repeatedly. all I can do is pop the battery out to reset. Pushing buttons does nothing. Help!
Same. Just started a few days ago. It won't let me delete, just freezes really hardcore. Not sure if this is related, but soon after I got this message, my phone started refusing to send text messages. It just says "Error: Your text message cannot be sent." Anyone else?Same. delete all email texts un-necessary files and clear your search history on you internet, you may want to use a card for storage, on your email you can set it to store to card and can also do that for photos and files.
Have you ever cleaned or reset your Pda? If not, then do it. It may happen due to your temp files which is using your space. Before you reset, backup your all datas and contact.
The solution was to do a hard reset on the phone. It literally cleared everything off the
phone. Luckily I had everything backed up. Phone works great now.

My daughter's phone has the same problem. We do not have a mini SD card. We will purchase one and let you know if the one suggested fix work.
