Question about Motorola Mobility Q

Freezes due to low storage space alert

When I turned on my phone, I immediately got a low storage alert. I cannot delete unused items as suggested, because the device freezes repeatedly. all I can do is pop the battery out to reset. Pushing buttons does nothing. Help!

My daughter's phone has the same problem. We do not have a mini SD card. We will purchase one and let you know if the one suggested fix work.

Same. Just started a few days ago. It won't let me delete, just freezes really hardcore. Not sure if this is related, but soon after I got this message, my phone started refusing to send text messages. It just says "Error: Your text message cannot be sent." Anyone else?

Btw, I can still recieve text messages.

And, I do have an SD card in the phone.

Low free storage alert on my tmobile dash

you have to do a master reboot on the phone.. that will clear up the things that you cant erase... Hard reset:
1. Power off
2. Push both white dash keys and power up.
3. At T mobile screen it will change to black with writing and instructions.
4. Let go of soft keys and push send (follow directions on screen).
5. Formatted!

Alert message pops us : low on free storage space, delete old or unsused items, however there is nothing to delete

delete all email texts un-necessary files and clear your search history on you internet, you may want to use a card for storage, on your email you can set it to store to card and can also do that for photos and files.

Storage critically low

Use clearing programs (for example SKTools) for delete internet files.
And do not install all the programs to my device install them to my storage to save memory.
Set the browser's cache directory to use my storgare, set the camera working on my storage, delete unused wallpapers and ringtones.

Low memory

The solution was to do a hard reset on the phone. It literally cleared everything off the
phone. Luckily I had everything backed up. Phone works great now.
