LG 32LX1D 32 not turning on

I have similar problem with Plasma LG 42PC1DA. TV will not turn on; You can see a green light for a second but after that it goes back to red and cycle repeats itself; you can also hear a click. In order to turn on the TV I have to unplug it and wait for few minutes, but this does not help every time. I send TV to service shop (it is still on warranty)- second time and they are telling me that they can not find any fault. Last time when I got back my TV from repair they told me that it could be a digital terminal, but when every single cable is disconnected from TV ( cable, DVD) problem is still there Hi
