What is phone brand and model.If it is a Nokia DCT Phone or an Alcatel phone,
Try the default codes like 12345 or 0000. If it does not work for you then use master reset code to reset your Nokia. Get the reset code from the site Unlocking4free.com ,and unlock it (nokia dct or alcatel old model phone) yourself using unlocking instructions which is given in the site itself.

you will need to reset the password, for that you will have to boot to safe mode with networking and login to the master admin account.
reset the password for windows from there and then try to login, in case you have another admin account then that can help too.
