I think you are referring to a Bluetooth pass key .try 0000 - which is the default pass key for most devices

Need the pin code to pair my phone to bluetooth,through out the box and now I have a new phone.

Last I checked, Zodiacs are not phones, but are able to connect to a bluetooth enabled phone. Google a chord for it, Google is always your friend.

When you were listening to messages you probably pressed the SKIP button for longer than 2 seconds. Try pressing it and holding it again and see what happens.

It's the standard passcode or synx code for Motorola Bluetooth devices

I suggest you to go back to the store that you bought your cell phone from and they will tell you the code pin.

try default code is 0000 try that if not if you are near a phone shop go to them
